Sanjay Grover, MD answers: Flying after Botox or Restylane?

I'm coming to florida for 3 weeks and was thinking of having some Botox and Fillers (Restylane) while I was there.  Can I travel by plane immediately after these procedures or is there a 'downtime'?

As previously stated, there is no real medical reason not to fly the next day following injection of any fillers or Botox.  However, it does make sense to have these procedures performed somewhere close to you as you will need to undergo these procedures several times a year.  This way your physician will be able to understand what seems to work for you and how you prefer your results to be.  Ultimately, it makes better sense.
