Do I need to have a combination of both to acheive a lifted breast? Or if I do the breast reduction, will that give me a lift in my breasts?

Breast reductions (with the exception of breast reductions done through liposuction which are very rarely performed) include a breast lift.  Techniques including the Wise pattern breast reduction (the anchor scar) and vertical scar (lollipop) techniques can all be very effective at reducing the size of your breasts.  This can improve back and neck pain, rashes and improve the shape of the breasts.  All of these techniques also include a lift.
