Based on the photo you submitted, it appears that neck liposuction would be a good option for you. Since you are young and appear to have good skin elasticity, the skin is not likely to sag once the fat is removed.  Wearing a compression garment for a week after surgery will help the skin to adhere the liposuctioned tissues and guarantee a good result. Then you can pull your hair back and show off your jawline!

Most patients under 40 with good skin tone will get a very satisfactory result from liposuction alone--and it is much cheaper. If the fat is removed and the elasticity of the skin is not good, then the skin will sag a bit. When a necklift is done in conjunction with the liposuction the excess skin can be removed. This of course is more costly. Prices vary depending on the skill and experience of the surgeon.
