I have had two eyelifts on the lower lid and there is not a lot of elasticity left. However, I have fat under one eye and would like to if possible have it removed. Is this possible?

I agree with the prior doctor. You must be seen and evaluated by an experienced plastic surgeon or occulo plastic surgeon. Usually excess fat is corrected in one operation, sometimes you need a minor touch up -- but before going for a third surgery an experienced surgeon should see you.

Is it really fat, are your lids loose or tight. Easy, over the internet answers are not available.
