Multiple lower lid surgeries

Stella Desyatnikova, M.D. answers: Can eye bags and fat be removed without blepharoplasty?

I have had two eyelifts on the lower lid and there is not a lot of elasticity left. However, I have fat under one eye and would like to if possible have it removed. Is this possible?

This is a question that is almost impossible to answer without seeing you for a consultation.

I would recommend you go to an experienced surgeon, and perhaps talk to several surgeons about your options. In general it is possible, but it will probably require another surgery, and having a third surgery on the lower lids should not be taken lightly.
