It may not actually be the first in the country like they're claiming, but it's certainly the first of its kind in Santee, just outside San Diego. San Diego area dentist Dr. Shirin Dorin is the owner of River View MD Spa, where patients can get everything from teeth whitening to major cosmetic surgery.
Nurse Tracie Cook said to NBC San Diego "We're all women treating each other. I think women do a better job of taking care of each other."
Dr. Tahl Humes has owned and operated Vitahl Medical Rejuvenation Spa since 2005. Dr. Humes added cosmetic dentistry to her Denver medical spa offerings by partnering with cosmetic dentist Dr. Cate Vieregger in the Cherry Creek area.
Husband-wife team Dr. Kenneth McWilliams and dentist Dr. Bianca Chan McWilliams own a medical-dental spa in Gilbert, Arizona called Solaris Dentistry & MedSpa where they specialize in anti-aging and cosmetic dentistry near Phoenix.
