Seattle news anchor shares her "Top 55" health tips

Seattle's longtime KING 5 news anchor Jean Enersen gives her list of 55 ways to stay young.

Most of the tips are related to healthy lifestyles in general, however, three of the tips she provides include the non-surgical cosmetic treatments Botox, Thermage and Restylane.

12) Reduce “crows feet” and “laugh lines” with Botox.

19) Eliminate “laugh lines” with the cosmetic filler Restylane.

20) Tighten facial skin with the “lunchtime” lift, Thermage.


Jean's favorite health tips?

1) Choose your parents well (Jean’s Dad is 91 and still terrific).

2) Keep moving. Find an exercise you like and do it vigorously at least four times a week, for at least 45 minutes.

3) Drink at least eight glasses of water a day. It helps the metabolism and weight control.

4) Get happy. Know your friends and take good care of them.

5) Have a positive attitude.
