Plastic Surgeon Jailed in Donda West Case

Dr. Jan Adams, the plastic surgeon who performed a breast reduction, tummy tuck and liposuction on Donda West a day before she died in 2007, has been jailed in California for drunken driving.
The Solano County Court Commissioner sentenced Dr. Adams to one year in jail, less eight days he previously served.
Adams was arrested after he was sighted driving the wrong way down I-680 near Cordelia, California and had a blood alcohol level of .20 percent.

assuming their limit is 0.08ac like most states, he was TWO and a HALF times over the limit!!! gesh! I don’t understand how was given a year for a DWI? I wonder if there are previous offenses that served as aggravating circumstances to warrant such a stiff punishment. One day you are on top and the next...
