Thermage vs Ultherapy

I am trying to educate myself on the two procedures, Thermage and Ultherapy. I found the many physician comments to be very informative, however, since the comments are not dated, it is hard to no how currently relevant they are given the ever changing world of these protocols. I have recently been told by a dermatologist that Thermage has significantly changed, and no longer is painful, and that it is much more effective. Adding the dates on the comments would help to sort out what is current information. Thanks

I've read so many horrors stories about both procedures; burns, blisters, and beyond... I believe that massage and acupressure help by naturally increasing circulation, which improves skin tone, and yoga poses for the face also can help, along with good diet and hydration. But after seeing what the procedures have done to others, I would avoid them at all costs, no matter what the "salespeople" (doctors) say about them.
