I am a 72 yo woman with the typical age related facial problems, deep wrinkling and folds along the nasal labial folds and what I learned were "tear troughs". I had a consultation with a "facial surgeon" and a nurse who owns a day spa. Both recommended botox for the elevens and radiesse in the tear troughs and nasolabial lines. Each charged in excess of $600.00 for each syringe and neither... more
I am very satisfied with the results of Radiesse for cheeks. My cheeks became very smooth and feels full. My husband and I also recognize the changes. It's really amazing, I am very satisfied with issuing a few thousand dollars, I do not get the pain at all and look younger. more
I had never had it done before and was scared because of some of the reviews about Radiesse. They held up a mirror as they were putting in the Radiesse so I would be able to see the real time results. They injected Radiesse at my jaw line to correct the "parenthesis" around my mouth. Best money I ever spent. I look ten years younger! Just make sure you go to someone with Radiesse... more
So very happy! I'm going to hit 49 this year so decided on fillers instead of surgery. Had Radiesse injected along my cheekbones which added needed volume and lift to my face, it got rid of the deep line that starts from tear trough & goes into my cheeks. I also had Botox between my brows and juvederm around the mouth. She applied a numbing cream to my face first and I had NO pain.... more
It took longer and many more pricks than I thought it would. I did not like the procedure at all! I look like i have jowls now and my smile lines look uneven, crazy and curved! Hopefully I will be able to change my worth it rating overtime. It is very lumpy more
The pro of using Radiesse is that my checks are full and smile lines have completely disappeared. The con is my doctor injected under my eyes and I developed a lump under the left eye. It is very noticeable and unattractive. No one notices how great the rest of the face looks because of the one under eye lump. I prefer Restylane. It doesn't last as long but the results are almost... more
I have been treated a number of times with Juvederm. I work with a very trusted PS who is also a friend and have done for the last 10 years. 10 years ago through diet and exercise alone I lost 200lbs. Most people are frequently distracted by the huge changes in the body, but when a person loses that much weight there are usually significant changes to the face as well. After my remodel... more
I was looking for a non-surgical, INEXPENSIVE solution to filling nasolabial lines and cheek augmentation. I spent over $4,000 for seven "7" Radiesse syringes hoping that it would last AS ADVERTISED up to 9 months. However, I ended up back at baseline, like a flat tire, after 3-4 weeks because my body totally absorbed the product. It looks like I never even had the injections! Also,... more
