I got my first set of Aligners on April 10th and the pain was pretty intense taking them out to eat, but after a few days and popping ibuprofen, I was good!! Pros: Not noticable. Although someone can look up close (REALLY close) and tell, you can carry on a conversation without having junior high flashbacks!Cons: I can't really say yet, as I just started my treatment. I love Invisalign. I am on my last trays now and the difference is amazing. My top teeth were pretty straight but I'm missing one of my canines so I was going to get an implant.
