Today I received a syringe of juvederm in my nasiolabial folds. There are little bumps on my right fold. It is somewhat of a flat spot where the nurse injector layered a lot of the filler. I did massage it a little in hopes of getting rid of the little bumps. Is this normal? Will it go away?
Some of the bumps can be from the injection needle it self and the others can be secondary to the filler it self.
I would not massage too aggressively and if they are still there in a week I would recommed going back to the provider.
Good luck.
Is it important to drinks lots of water for two weeks after having juvoderm lip injections? I am worried that i have not been drinking enough to get the full result. is this possible?
There is no scientific data that shows drinking water will improve the results of restylane or perlane.
The products do pull in the water to help hydrate the area and achieve the desired results, but drinking excess water I dont think helps.
Hello! Needing some advice regarding a depressed scar on the side of chin. I would like to start off with a temporary filler and see how the results are first before doing anything more permanent.
Today, I had two consultations. One doc suggested Juvederm Ultra and the other suggested Radiesse. Which one would be better for a depressed scar? Need help! Thanks!
I have used all, Juvederm, Radiesse and Restylane. It just depends on what we are looking at. They all work well as long as the scar is released before injecting the filler.
If I had to choose one filler, I would choose Radiesse because of it properties.
