I had hemosiderin staining under my eyes following a surgical procedure. I was quite doubtful that anything would work to reduce it, but I decided to try Celibre and to trust Kevin as he said he's had experience treating this before. The results weren't immediate (which he'd warned me about), and I was so sure nothing would change, but a month after my first laser treatment I woke up and...
Incredible experience with Dr. Kaplan. Excellent quality work and experience. I do not trust anyone else for injectables. Extremely clean and professional environment I can trust for all my cosmetic needs.
I just recently had the profractional laser done at Celibre in December. It has literally shaved 10 years off of my appearance. My skin is brighter, the texture is so much better, my pores are smaller, the sun damage is almost non-existent, my melasma got better and I was scared that it would get worse because that can happen from the laser. And Celibre told me that it was a possibility,...
My experience was great!! I am so happy that I did this! My face is softer and clearer than when I was younger! And the care that I received, well I can't give enough praise!! They are experts! That's very, very important! But also, the careful instructions before and along the way after the treatment, this made me very comfortable about choosing them!
I had an expectation of improved pigmentation and texture after my laser resurfacing. I received results far beyond my expectations. I had no idea that my skin would heal to be so smooth. I would recommend this to anyone wishing to take ten to fifteen years if their face! Thank you!!! The office was friendly and professional.
A: Hello Francolady. If the bluish hue is a product of superficial injections of hyaluronic acid based filler then dissolving it with Hyaluronidase (Hylenex) is a good solution. Have you done this yet? If it's related to a silicon injection, then Hylenex will not work. As an alternative, we have used q-switched lasers in the past for a blue discoloration that was associated with an unknown injection product under the eyes and were able to get rid of the bluish color. It was not the Tyndall effect, it was some kind of oxidation of the unknown substance that caused the blue color.
A: Hello Tony. Thanks for your question. The photos are difficult to see in great detail but it looks like you are a great candidate for Botox (we use Dysport) between the eyes. These neurotoxins relax the muscles, improving the frown lines or 11 lines you see between the eyes. The effects typically last 3-5 months. What's aging you much more is the under eye area or "tear trough". The darkening, shadowing and contours under the eye create a tired appearance. Surgery and dermal fillers are both options to help (see link below).
A: Hello Stel. This does not look like your natural anatomy and does appear to be filler. While it may seem strange for filler to hang around that long, we have seen it in the under-eye area. Your best bet, if you have not done it thus far, is to have it injected with a hyaluronidase solution like Vitrase or Hylenex (see link below). If it is hyaluronic acid based product it should dissolve. From there you can determine how to move forward.
A: Hi apaul. Very sorry to hear about your situation. The scars look like some chicken pox and acne scars we have treated with combination TCA Cross and fractional resurfacing (see link below). These may be an option for you but as you have found out, choosing the right practitioner is most important.
A: Hello lovesu22. You are a better candidate for dermal fillers than blepharoplasty. This type of surgery works best for patients that have excess skin under the eyes. You can have surgery to remove some of the protruding fat but that would still leave you hollow, just smoother. Surgically, we do not recommend fat grafting under the eyes. With dermal fillers under the eyes (link below), you should be able to get good results from s skilled injector. best of luck.
