I had an eyelid surgery in early July. I wanted to correct my ptosis (one eye only) and removed some skin. It's been 4 months now. Understood that the result is not yet final but somehow it is very not even. Any chance I can fix this in the future?
I had an upper bleph and endoscopic brow lift 4 months ago and I feel like my eyelids are still heavy and appear uneven. I had to move back hometown a month ago to help my mother who is sick and I am wondering if I need to fly back home to discuss a revision. I'm not sure I my results are expected (I know surgery isn't 100%) or if I should discuss with the surgeon. Before and after photos below, thank you.
I had incisional upper blepharoplasty about a little over 4 months ago and I unsatisfied with how high the crease is (6mm). Ideally, I would like : 1. my crease to be lowered to 4.5mm. 2. I also would want to tuck in my tarsal platform so my eyelashes could lift and the outer shape of my eyes be in an inverted v-shape. 3. Slight exposure of the tarsal platform I was made aware that crease lowering is really unpredictable, but given my situation, are my goals for revision high risk?
I had upper Blepharoplasty from a renowned board certified surgeon in 1st week of Oct 2021 I am in my mid 30's. This is what my life look now . Is this creasing and double lid common? What can be done to improve it. Pls help as I am devastated.
4months ago I had a chalazion surgery. After the surgery my eyelid shape never get back normal. I lost a lot of eyelashes. The direction of the eyelashes became weird. What surgery do I need to go through to bring it back to normal?
Please help me because I am really getting depressed. This is how my Blepharoplasty scars are looking after 4 months(with make up, without even worse. Still very red). They are way too long and split. Please help me. What can be done ? Will revision help? Can I do it soon? Or have to wait? Seriously I cant look at myself anymore.
I had my upper lids done on 4/25/18. Since this time I have been getting what appears to be an abscess on the surgical line, one on each eye. I have had cortisone injections, had them opened and drained only to come back. My surgeon is at a loss and is now recommending we cut the abscess out and clean out the surgical sight, cauterize and re-suture. I am nervous to move forward with another surgery. What could be causing this? Would you recommend moving forward with this surgery?
Has been nearly four months since surgery and left eye remains persistently swollen even after dilute steroid injection of kenalog 10 at 12 weeks post op. Appears as though fat took too much on left side and not enough on right side. Swelling or fat under left lower lashline is pushing up lower lid and blocking significant portion of iris. Right eye looks same as pre-op photos. Can anything be done to resolve this? When should I consider revision? Scared at thought of this being permanent!
My eyes have a sharp outer pinch making them look slanted as smaller. Both eyes look different and didnt have that problem. All I wanted was some lower skin remover but my doctor suggested this will be the best method. Is there anything I can do to restore the natural cotour to normal again.
