I had an eyelid surgery in early July. I wanted to correct my ptosis (one eye only) and removed some skin. It's been 4 months now. Understood that the result is not yet final but somehow it is very not even. Any chance I can fix this in the future?

Your eyelids look normal, and the degree of asymmetry is mild and very much within one normal standard deviation.
I don’t see a clear indication for surgical intervention, and would recommend avoiding surgery at this point.
