I had upper Blepharoplasty from a renowned board certified surgeon in 1st week of Oct 2021 I am in my mid 30's. This is what my life look now . Is this creasing and double lid common? What can be done to improve it. Pls help as I am devastated.

You have a vertical and horizontal compromise of the right lower eyelid. Did you have a prior lower blepharoplasty? That often causes this type of issue. The right lateral canthus is not right. To fix it, the right lower eyelid and the canthus will need to be repaired. You have already had one...
Hi thanks for the pics. as I can see there is a mild scleral show post lower eyelid blepharoplasty. this can occur due to various reasons which are treatable though. u require a simple lateral canthopexy to address the issue and it will be fine
