Nivea Body Good-bye Cellulite Patches was NOT worth itI tried Nivea cellulite patches in conjunction with their cellulite gel for several weeks on my booty. There was a bit of improvement in the cellulite but it wasn't an amazing experience. The patches themselves are, in my opinion, too expensive - you only get several in a box and they are gone before you know it. The gel is a much better deal if you want to see a bit of improvement with no physical effort. I'd say the patches aren't worth it but the gel is. It at least made me feel like I was doing something to improve the cellulite. All in all, lunges, squats, and walking have given the best results and... that's free :)
Nivea Body Good-bye Cellulite Patches was worth itI apply the Gel-Cream after working out once a day. I noticed an immediate luster of my skin after a few minutes.
Today after my work out, I could not believe that the unevenness of the skin of my buttock, thighs and up the knees improved. I just changed my work out from elliptical to side sliding since 2 days. It may be the combination of both.
I use to apply all sort of anti-cellulite cream, but I never saw that visible difference. I even used castor oil, which very thick and really hard to penetrate the skin. Now applying the Nivea body Gel takes a few minutes after the shower, and my (Hum)ex-husband does have to wait so long for me to get out the locker room. It's great also after shaving. I do have a very sensitive skin.
