Thank you for your question and photos. It is possible that you had too much tension or tight closure with your breast lift which led to this result. Some people tend to scar more, and the T-junction is especially prone to this if the closure is under tension. Based on these photos without the benefit of an in person evaluation you would need a scar revision of the areolas and vertical/horizontal scars. +8 answersTo even up your breasts and potentially bring your nipples down a bit, I would look at a bilateral base wedge excision. This would also reduce and even up the distance from the nipples to the fold and potentially create a nicer and more symmetric look overall. I hope that helps!

Looking at your photo, I can appreciate that you currently have relatively small breasts with loss of volume, so I would recommend breast implants to restore fullness and improve the overall shape of your breasts.
