Cool sculpting is a technique in which you bring the fat cells to a temperature just above freezing. The fat crystallizes and then it causes damage to the cellulite structures which then break apart in about two, three days. And then over a period of about six weeks to three months, [inaudible 00:00:24] which are middle cells that come in and eat up debris like pacman, they'd come in and they eat up the dead broken cells found in the scar tissue or down time. So you can have cool sculpting, go play tennis same day.

And I had it done on one side to test it and at six weeks, I got a definite improvements so I bought the machine and we've treated about 200 patients now. And we're having about a 98% satisfaction rate which is very high. The only thing you have to be careful is that if you get cool sculpting and think that you can eat and gain weight, it's not going to work. You have to maintain your weight because your other fat cells can get twice as fat. I always have to warn the patients that this is not something where you kill the fat and then go and get fatter because they won't be happy. But if they maintain their weight, we get very nice results and you don’t get the lumpiness and the disfiguration, that type you often get with liposuction.
