When people have wide noses, it depends on the area of the width. Some people have width up above, where the bones are and that’s pretty traditionally done by cutting the bones and bringing them and narrowing them. Some people have excess of width at the base of the nose at the nostrils and sometimes just the adjustment and repositioning of the tip of the nose may bring that in enough but occasionally we have to take out some skin at the base of the nostrils in order to narrow them.
