As a facial plastic surgeon, a lot of my patients are women with volume loss and other signs of aging in their face and there are a lot of options these days for that type of patient. We’ll start with the non-surgical. There’s a lot of different filler options now that we didn’t have before. They’ve really expanded our options in a repertoire as aesthetic physicians. Especially the newer fillers that are more volumizing, [inaudible 00:00:30] one that has been around for a little while. [Inaudible 00:00:33] is the newest one which is great for you doing like a liquid cheek lift as I call it or just really rejuvenate the midface and even other areas like the posterior jaw line or for some chin augmentation as well. For other signs of volume loss, the other signs like wrinkles and a volume loss in the lower face, Restylane, Juvederm, Perlane. There’s a lot of other options as well that are great for patients. Moving from there, for patients with a lot of heavy wrinkling at least resurfacing as excellent, too, like our fractional ablative laser [inaudible 00:01:04] thing is great for that. And finally, for patients who volume is just not enough then a lot of tightening surgical procedures such as face lift would be excellent for the patient.
