Double Bubble is a specific phenomenon related to breast implants, and there's really two types. There's a type where the implant appears to be falling out from behind the breast, and one where the breast itself seems to be waterfalling over the implant.

So it really depends on what type of specific Double Bubble the patient is concerned about, and the treatments are different. One may require more of a lift technique of the breast itself, and the other may require actually more support internally for the breast implant pocket.
