Dr. David Yao: There are different ways, it just depends on what is causing those specific problems, so it is possible to reverse those changes that patients don't want and surgeon's certainly don't want. It just depends on what specific techniques were previously used and what options the surgeon considers the best possible for the patient.

Seeing face lift results really depends on the type of face lift that was done and the exact type of procedure and techniques that were done. In general, however, it usually takes a few months before the final results are seen and so I encourage all of my patients to wait that requisite amount of time before making a complete decision about how their appearance is.
