Ever since I was a young child I wanted to get braces. I always begged my mom, but being a single mom with a low paying job, getting braces or even normal dentist visits was out of the question. I am now 23 and really looking to get some invisible braces, so that I can finally feel fully confident about myself. I have a small gap between my front top 2 teeth, however the real issue is that I have a some what severe overbite. My bottom teeth are pretty good. I have attached pics to this post.
Im a year and several months into my clear aligner treatment. (Smile direct club) just within the last few weeks ive noticed this gap between my top two front teeth that was never there before. Is there an legitimate reason why this would be part of my plan to straighten my one canine? Or could something be going wrong?
