At the beginning of treatment a digital plan is provided that outlines the predicted movement of teeth within a certain time frame. As with any type of orthodontic treatment teeth do not always move as predicted and adjustments and extensions sometimes need to be made. If a customer completes treatment but does not achieve the results as outline there is a process in place to re-evaluate. The license dental professional will create additional steps to achieve the final movements needed. There is typically no additional charge for this if results were not achieved as originally outlined and the customer has been complaint with wearing the aligners.
