Dr. Shafer was extremely nice, warm and mostly listen to my concerns and fears. He recommended botox which he perform in my first visit. Dr. Shafer is very knowledgable and doesn't push other products or services which I appreciate. My eyes and face look great and I couldn't be happier.
He also recommend to see his aesthetician Dex, so he could analyze my skin and create a game plan for my sun damage face.
