I researched for months about alternate solutions, the procedure, and surgeons in the Twin Cities area, and decided to finally schedule a free consultation w/ Dr. Hoffman based on his great reviews and educational background. It was hard to find someone with decent experience in male procedures (both in number and quality), but Dr. Hoffman has performed a considerable number of these on patients of all shapes and sizes, with a huge binder of picture references to prove it. I had large, glandular gynecomastia on each side, which required removal via excision with liposuction to contour the surrounding area. The procedure was quick, easy, and very successful. In hindsight, I highly prefer the fact that Dr. Hoffman uses drainage tubes post-op, because it allowed for a rapid recovery, and they really were not that inconvenient or noticeable, since they come out of the armpits. The results were noticeable immediately following surgery, and are only improving with each day. I am only three months out now, and I can confidently say that it is some of the best money I have spent.
