From the very beginning Dr. Litner was there for me at every step of the rhinoplasty process. He took the time in the very beginning to answer each and all of my questions, take pictures and accurately show me what about my nose could be changed, and make me feel safe and in good hands. Not only was I in good hands, I was in the best. Surgery went smoothly as did the recovery process. I would read about all the troubles post op that patients of other surgeons would have, but due to the state of the art techniques Dr. Litner used, I had no issues. He was there to answer any questions I had even months down the line. As I came up on a year post op I noticed (due to my thick skin) I had some internal scarring that occurred during the healing process. Dr. Litner true to his word, seeing I was unhappy with this, took me in and performed a revision at NO COST to me. What other surgeons in the world would do this. Not many if any at all. I am now extremely pleased with my nose in every way. From day one, Dr. Litner and Profiles staff were there for me at every step of the way.
