WORTH IT
My 13 year old saline implants had bottomed out and were basically under my armpits. Dr Nir did an excellent job evaluating and advising me on which implant to use, which technique to apply given my situation, and the CC volume for best results with a natural appearance. He did a superb job and I am happy I chose Dr. Nir after many other consultations. AW

Hello aew. Can you post some photos of your procedure please? This is your only post to the site so if you had so many other consultations how come you didn't post anything pre-op???
