Honest Doctor That Listens and is Generous with His Time - Wayne, PA

I have seen Dr. Pontell on a number of occasions for fillers. He has done a very nice job every time, and also listens to what you want and what part of your face or lips you want filled. The first time I saw him, I was a little put off by the front desk. I'm sorry to say that Kay at the front desk can make a new patient feel a little unwelcome and intimidated. (As you get to know her, she is nicer, but in my opinion the person answering your phone and greeting patients should put patients at ease, not make them feel unwelcome). I'm telling you this because I don't want you to discount Dr. Pontell because you feel put off by the front desk. Now, I will also tell you, the first time I was there I felt the office was a little pushy (ie. prices will be going up soon, etc), but did not encounter that ever again. Dr. Pontell is very patient and kind, and really listens and answers questions. He will advise you what he thinks is best for you. I have consulted with him about a mini lift because his prices were reasonable and does very nice work, my only hesitancy was that his price didn't include the incision under the chin which gives a better result, in my opinion anyway. and some other doctors do include that in a minilift comparably priced. Mostly I am writing this interview because I read so many stories on here from patients not feeling like they know who to trust, and I want to say that if you are looking for a doctor you can trust, depending on what you want done, Dr. Pontell may just be your guy(and I have visited a number of doctors--trying to catch up on some reviews right now!)
