Hi all. I'm 35 , 5'6.5 and a fit140lbsI. had my first BA in 2003. (260cc saline) I had my first revision in June 2015 and went with 435cc sientra mod pro. I found out after my surgery that I had bottomed out before that revision , needless to say that dr never fixed me he just swapped the implants for bigger ones and I ended up with a heavy sagging feeling. The dr that did my surgery was in Top Dr Magazine numerous times. Along with that he also didn't give me the result I wanted. So anyways. I went for 3 consults with other Drs and they all had said the same thing. I was bottomed out before hand. So after all that I ended up going with a dr that my friend and a few of her friends have gone too. He's amazing. I wish I had gone to him the first time.

Hi! I'm feeling pretty well I have to say. Tomorrow is 1week and I have my week post op app. The last recovery (diff doc) was total hell. This one is cake compared to that. 625 are nice ones. What profile did u get? Hope your feeling good so far and recovery goes well.

My wish pics were the same for both surgeries. He couldn't even get that part right.
They may not look bad. The the saggy heavy feeling was horrible. They were so low. Never felt confident at all. They would flop all over and fall out to the side when I later down. It was like "Where did my boobs go."had to wear a sports bra 24/7. They got worse after I took these pics, I couldn't stand to look at them so I never took pics. Then a few months later the implants I had Sientra , the FDA took them off the market in the US. And told surgeons not to use them any more. Fabulous!! Just my luck.

I haven't heard about the sientra implants being taken off the market. When was that? I got texture ones jan 2015.

Either aug. sept. Or oct. Of 2015. I had those too. Google it. It all comes up.

OK I Google it. For what I read it was all voluntary and it was the devices in Brazil that where making them that was the issue. Glad they are concern and fixing the problem. Nothing about patient safety so that's good or at least no case has come up yet . I'm going to ask my surgeon next week what's the status because I have them and that's his number one implant he uses. I love how they feel compared to my saline ones I had with my first set. I have 625cc mod plus texture ones. Thank you for the info. Always good to know!!

What did you do for the heavy feeling. I have it all the time even with underwire bra. It really is the worst! I have three more months of dealing with it before I can get revised. How did you make it??

Do u mean b4 or after?

Was it after the first revision that you felt constant heaviness? How do you feel now?

Before and after was even worse cause the implants were bigger. I went from 260 to 435, but the dr never put the internal stitching so they were in the same place then dropped lower from the weight. That when I went to see 3 new dr for options and I chose Dr Nagy from those. Before this surgery I wore sports bras 24/7. Reg bras were so uncomfortable. I hated them. Now I'm recovering . And the sagging feeling is totally gone. And I went to 615cc extra full profile (UHP) from Inpira. I love them. I love my Dr. I have to wear a sports bra for 6 weeks. I should be fully healed by then. Can't wait for cute/ sexy bras again. :) when's your surg?

So I just reAd your profile. I feel so bad for you. Idk what the hell is wrong wit Drs. Do what your supposed to the right way the first time. Ahh it's so frustrating cause they don't know how it feels. My only advice I can give you is take the time and go for a few consults , check out they're b4 and afters and see if anyone can refer you to someone that had wrk done by them. That's how I chose my 3 Drs to go to for consults. Friends and family had gone to them. Then go with your gut and chide who u feel is dr for. You gotta click with them and they have to understand how you feel and what you want. I wish you luck. If u wanna know anything else lmk maybe I can help.

I am so excited for you and can't wait to see how you heal etc. I go for my consultation to look at dates the end of April. Hanging in there until then. The worst part is I can't wear sports bras because it pushed my medial moving one in :) so all I can wear in underwire and certain ones I have to constantly adjust when I feel the heaviness. It's brutal.

I always felt the heaviness and had to adjust too. Very annoying. Have you tried the v.s sports bras? They have underwire in them. Maybe that one might help. Ohhh man I feel ya. Hang in there. You'll make it through. There's light at the end the tunnel and it's getting brighter. Lmk how u make out with the vs ones.
