EGA MEDICAL. FILLER AND MANAGEMENT TERRIBLE
I went to Ega medical for some under eye tear trough filler in Smithtown office, the girl who injected me there did not do a good job- she left me with a needle puncture. I went to NYC office, 69th Street, to see if they can fix it but they said to me to do Voluma on cheeks and down my face because I have no cheekbones left. Now looking at my before photos, they were so wrong but Trusting the injectors, I did it.
The next day it literally dropped my face. I have plenty of photos. I called up and said I need to have this fixed when I came in, the injector told me I see absolutely nothing wrong w your face and that I look great. I asked him if he was High. I walked out and saw dr Todd and Faye in the hallway and begged her to look at me. I waited an hour and Faye said to come back and I will dissolve it for you. It should have been done right there but I came back 3 days later she dissolved it and it started to go back to the norm, however, the filler that was placed under my eyes the first time from Smithtown office started dissolving and left me w dents and unevenness also the filler that was injected on cheeks was still present in some areas of my face. It needs to be removed more. so now at this point, I'm up to $850 for tear trough fillers and $850 for Voluma- pandemic hit and I couldn't get it fixed but was messaging wiyh dr, Todd, for over a month and he said he will defo compensate me. I made an appointment to have it removed again June 6 and was told by his new partner that I have to pay for it... over a. $1,000... I said please call dr Todd and he said no, you call him and that he has nothing to do with... what a joke. I messaged him in on Instagram and said I was in office and they want to charge me, can u help.. it was read and if ignored... I said I am not giving u or your spa a dime and I walked out...I'm having it removed June 13 by someone else.. do not go to this place ... they don't care about their customers ... if I ran a business I would do the right thing and make my customer happy... they deleted all my reviews on their page and blocked me... but they can't do it here...
