My back, shoulders, upper abdomen, incisions , and skin between my boobs hurt. My boobs are itchy and tight. I've just laid in bed since surgery except for today. I had to sit through a driver improvement class and boy was that difficult. My back was on fire. The muscles in my chest have felt so tight but are starting to feel like they're loosening up a little bit. The dr told me to take it easy for 2 weeks and not to do anything physical until he gives me the ok. My boobs are looking great, but I'm still wishing he would have ordered the 800 shell like I asked for and overfilled it instead of using the 700 shell, but it sounded like it wouldn't have fit if he had.

Do you remember what helped? I’m trying to do back exercises at the gym and get coco butter maybe to ease the stretching. Did you ice or try CBD? Such a vixen!
