Upgrading to 800cc Overfilled Saline

this will be my 2nd breast augmentation. i got my first one done around 8 or 9 years ago in abingdon virginia. my doctor did a pretty good job and i didnt really have any complaints. it didnt take long after getting my 385cc saline implants that i realized i should have gone bigger. my doctor back then didnt explain anything to me, didnt have anything for me to try on to get an idea of size..he really didnt help at all with any of outside of doing the actual surgery and asking me what size i thought i might want to be, anyway, this time im going to kevin bounds here in virginia beach. ive read good things about him and i liked a lot of the pictures that he had to show. i met with him earlier in the week and thought he was wonderful. they were able to get me in today for my pre-op. dr bounds went over everything thoroughly on both occasions and i feel confident that he will give me the desired look that im going for. he asked me to send him as many pictures as i could of goal breast augmentations so that he can get me as close to that as possible during surgery. i go in at 7:15 the morning of the 23rd and ill come out before brunch time with brand new big 800+cc boobs! im so excited

i went in this morning at 7 am. the nurses and doctor went over everything with me again to make sure that i followed their pre-op instructions and to make sure we are all on the same page for the look i was going for. they do the surgery there in the office, which i though was pretty cool. i had to go to the bathroom to pee in a cup so they could test for pregnancy and then put on that paper gown, booties, hair net, and panties. i went into a room and met the anesthesia guy and then dr bounds went through the photos that i sent him and showed me the ones that he thought he could achieve and then the ones that he couldnt. i couldnt really see a whole lot of difference between the ones that he could and the ones that he couldnt, except that maybe the ones he couldnt were probably in the small 1000cc range. after that we walked into the operating room with all the nurses, the doctor, and the anesthesia guy. it made me giggle because it really felt like i was the car in nascar and the pit crew was going to work on me. they positioned me how they wanted me for surgery while i was awake. they tore the little paper robe, tied my right hand back, put something on my legs, and then stuck me with the needle. i was out in no time and the next thing i knew i was waking up. i didnt get out of there until noon even though i was only suppose to be in surgery for an hour. i didnt really catch why it took so long. something about sizing and evening things out. they dressed me and i was out of there pretty quickly upon waking up. they rolled me to the car in a wheel chair. i was so messed up i could barely keep my eyes open or focus on what the doctor and nurses were talking to me about. when i got home i took a couple short naps and then got in my car and drove to fruitive for a couple smoothies and then came home and took another nap. it was hard getting out of bed when i wanted to go get a smoothie. i had to stick my left foot between he side rail and the box spring of my bed then i tucked my right leg up to my chest and wrapped my arms through and then rocked myself upward. the pain is nowhere near as bad as my first breast aug. ive taken 2 tramadol today and also the antibiotics i was given. my chest feels tight and my incision site hurts, but thats about it. right now my boobs are feeling like rocks on my chest along with that dull pain from the incision. they gave me a pretty cute comfortable compression bra and said that they would probably give me another one tomorrow. i did end up ordering the rxbra as well as a bra from macom with the long waisted band for back support. i got the macom bra in today, but i havent tried it on yet. oh, we ended up using the saline 700cc implant and filling one to 800ccs and one to 840ccs. im so happy that he did that and evened out my boobs because the first two times i saw him he said he was just going to use the same size implants and that if there were differences that it was just how i naturally am. he really surprised me today by filling them each with a different amount and im so glad he did that for me. now im just going to wait and see what they look like when they drop and fluff and praying i dont regret doing 800 instead of 1000ccs. right now they are smaller than what i wanted, but it may be because they havent had time to settle in yet.
