Awful Experience and Need a Revision

Not happy with my results and the company I used who he used to work with were horrific.
I am looking for a revision lipo now and doctors want my surgical report from my surgery with Dr Burak. I asked him months ago for my post op report, he kept saying he would send it but never did. I messaged him again yesterday and it appears he has blocked me on WhatsApp and not replied to my Instagram message.
I had vaser lipo to stomach, waist and inner thighs with fat transfer to hips in November 2019. It is my waist I'm unhappy with. He has done uneven lipo so it looks bumpy. It's also still very painful even though my stomach and thighs feel back to normal. I was slim and still am. I had no loose skin so this should have been a fairly standard procedure. Also, I've had other surgeries and my scars are barely noticeable, but my lipo incisions by Burak are prominent.
He stitched all my incisions up straight away so the fluid had nowhere to drain. There was nowhere to get lymphatic drainage massages even though I'd been promised them. I was in absolute agony (worst than spinal surgery) and nobody took my pain seriously.
I ended up flying home early and going straight to a&e in the UK. They said I had a haematoma in my lower tummy and pelvic area.
I had only seen good reviews before going with Dr Burak Ersoy, but since I've had my surgery other girls have been in touch and said they weren't happy.
I didn't go through badge clinic by the way.
I will attach photos of my problem areas but easier to see in person. Oh and I never got my follow up with Dr Burak that I was promised.
I am 8 and a half stone and 5ft5. He only took 1100cc out and I feel like he didn't lipo all my waist, just the middle bit. I still massage every day, I eat healthy and workout but these bumps/pockets of fat aren't improving.

I'm not even asking him for a revision just need my surgical notes. I have consulted with a few surgeons who have all said he's taken too much fat from the middle of my waist and then left fat at the top.
I'm wondering if steroid injection would help break down the internal scar tissue and improve my pain.

I did another review on Dr Burak Ersoy and the company I used Asproatlantic this morning. Then I receive messages from the couple who own asproatlantic saying that I'm lying and Dr Burak doesn't work for them and then they deleted the 3 messages.
So to clarify he no longer works for them but he did when I had my surgery. And my experience with Asproatlantic was the most traumatic part of my experience. I'm not happy with Dr Burak's work on me or him ignoring my requests for my post surgical reports, but he never harassed me and threatened to sue me for talking about my experience.
Everyone has free speech. I've waited 6 months to give chance to see my full results. I will not be bullied for writing about my experience. Some of these surgery companies and certain doctors are way too greedy and only care about the money. The whole point of review sites is so that people can give their experience, both good and bad.
