Hey all,

I've been MiA on real self but thats because I've been happy and enjoying my new girls! Dr. Revis has made me feel like a woman again and so much happier with how i look. They're not 100% yet I still have one more surgery to correct the size, shape and placement of my nipples/aerolas. The previous doctor I had butchered that, placed my nipples too close together and my areola's are far to large for what I like.
But besides that, Dr Revis has been able to fix the placement of my breasts, I know have beautiful cleavage, which I never had before. Even when I take my bra off they sit in the middle of my chest and not out towards my armpits.

I went from 600cc to 800cc which took a minute for me to get used to but I am absolutely in love with the size, they're perfect for my body shape.

I'll give a more thorough update at a later date with some better pictures but just wanted to say hi.

I figure I will have my last surgery after summer or near the end of this year, but no confirmed dates yet. I will be sure to document the entire process, as Im soo close to have my perfect breasts

PAIN

I knew I would experience more pain than usual, but never imagined as much pain as Im in now. My left breast (which has a had a bit more work done to it) is causing me soon much pain in discomfort it is unbearable. I've been doubling up my pain meds and taking them almost every 2 to 3 hrs. This is the only tolerable way for me at this time. :( I hate that I'm taking so much pain medication but I really don't have any choice. I'm hoping this will subside soon enough. This internal bra is no joke. wwahhhh (needed to vent) :)

I'm scheduled with Tevis in April for a revision and internal bra also. Keep us posted on the pain management! I hope the pain gets under control for you soon. Your results look great! I'm 5'3 155lbs started out as an A cup then got 270cc saline went to a C cup then 510cv silicon

Silicone going possibly 800cc what cup size were you before any plants? I'm a bit heavier than you wondering if 800cc will be proportionate on me. I love yours on you!

Thank you :) I'm so excited for you and your upcoming surgery with Revis! Honestly it will be amazing. You are in great hands with him and his staff. I'd love to follow you on your journey to your new boobies :D Before my first breast augmentation I was actually a full C. I had quite a bit of breast tissue already. I had lost a lot of volume though just out of high school and became quite self conscious of my 'flappy boobs' (as i called them) so thats when I decided to get my BA at the age of 21.

You can vent anytime! :) I've heard the internal bra is painful and hopefully the end result is worth more than the pain. Stay strong! And do what you've got to do to get through it.

Oh no!! You poor thing! I know its not conventional but you should consider going and having an acupuncture session for pain management. It can make a HUGE difference! I go every week for stress management and immunity, and I am golden. Google it if you'd like to see others experience. Sending positive vibes!

So I am now back home and it feels great to be home but am I ever having a tough recovery. Managing the pain has been very difficult for me. My chest is extremely tight and due to the internal bra I am dealing with lots of pain. Especially in the areas where you can see the suturing was done. But I'm doing my very best to stay ahead of the pain and make sure I take my meds before I experience the extreme pain. After surgery, the first week, I had major swelling and bruising all over my breast and ribs. It's gone down quite a bit and the bruising has almost all disappeared. So unfortunately I had a reaction to the glue used on the tape that taped up my incisions so had blisters form all around my nipples where the tape was placed. Looks absolutely horrid but I'm treating it and Dr. Revis assured me they would not leave an permanent scarring. It looks a lot worse than it actually is, but it's a nuisance. One more thing I have to worry about.

Besides all that I am very pleased with my results. Honestly couldn't be happier. Going into this I honestly did set my expectations very high as I have been let down time after time with all my precious surgeries. So waking up to these boobs was amazing. And blew my expectations out of the water. Didn't even know it would be possible to give me boobs like this. I'm just so excited to see how they will change over the next year.

Can you explain what the internal bra is - what it does, how/where it is?

My breast pockets were stretched out from my previous surgery and therefore my implants were sitting very far apart, practically in my armpits. This created bottoming out and double bubble (where you can see where my implant is and where the breast tissue starts) Any ways the internal bra is a procedure that closes the pockets and helps the implants sit where they are supposed to sit. The internal bra has also helped me in creating cleavage by pushing my implants closer together. If you check out Dr. Revis' website www.southfloridaplasticsurgery.com he gives perfect explanation of the procedure. I highly recommend it if you are looking at getting a revision.

You look amazing!!! I hope you're healing well and safely. How tall are you and how much do you weigh? I was looking at 800cc and my husband thinks they're too big, but you look so slim and the 800s look absolutely great in you!!!

Thank you soo much :) every day it gets a little easier. I am 5'3" and 130 lbs at the moment. I was worried the 800s would be too big but Im actually very pleased with the size. At the moment they are still swollen and puffy looking but I look forward to seeing them in the next couple months and see how they settle, I feel they will be perfect size :) I figured go big or go home. LoL I have spent a lot of money trying to perfect my breasts and figured I'd might as well enjoy them. xoxo

Dr. Revis is a great breast augmentation revision surgeon. Yours look fantastic! They will settle down and not be under your chin as the swelling dissipates. Your cleavage is great.

I sympathize with your pain! Way worse than I anticipated. I guess due to the size. I just keep telling myself it'll be worth it in the end. You're looking great!

I agree, definitely due to the size and this internal bra. It is so sore around the sutures :( In the end it'll def. be worth it for us ;)
