26 Years Old, Needing Breast Implant Revision After 5+ Previous Surgeries :( - Fort Lauderdale, FL

So I had my first BA when I was 21. That was the beginning of a very frustrating and disappointing next 5 years with my breasts. I was rushed to the hospital a day after my surgery because I had a hematoma in my right breast. At the hospital they removed my implant and did what they had to do to stop the bleeding then put the implant back and sewed me up. It took me over a month of healing before I was back to normal. 3 months after I really began to notice my breasts were not symmetrical at all. The right breast was much larger and it looked as if the breast tissue or fat was protruding out on the side of my boob, completely misshaping my breast (strange). The right breast was also bottoming out. A disaster. I was certain something had happened to my right breast while in the emergency room dealing with the hematoma. So went back to the dr. paid over $3000 more to have my implant replaced with a smaller one and have him try to correct the protruding fat/breast tissue on my breast. His solution was to put a stitch right in the middle of the protruding fat and try and pin it back. Well that of course didn't work and it looked like I had a dimple. The stitch eventually didn't hold and the tissue popped right back out again.
4 years later I was fed up of my saggy misshaped breasts and decided that I needed to do something about them. I unfortunately went back to the same Dr. because he promised to do it at a lower price and because he was already familiar with my breasts it would be better. I was wrong. So he suggested the only way to correct the asymmetry and to lift my breasts was to do a breast lift with the vertical incisions. Fair enough, I knew I needed to do this, buttttt he suggested I take my implants out for 3 months and then he would perform the lift and then have me heal for 3 months and thennnn put in my implants. Ugh this was the most depressing six months of my life. I still to this day do not understand why he suggested this. I so badly just wanted the lift with the implants done at once so I could have it over and done with. So anyways, I went from having saggy 500cc breasts to just having my implants removed and having even saggier breasts for 3 months. It was very psychologically and emotionally trying on me. We then performed the breast lift. Besides the typical breastlift scars, I was quite pleased with the results, I hadn't seen my breasts this perky in a while. 3 months of healing it was time to put my implants back in. I was beyond ecstatic for this day. Long story short I am more disappointed with the new BA then I was with my first BA. My breasts are hideous. He put in textured 600cc implants which I hate. I want my smooth gel back. The pockets have stretched all the way into my arm pits so I have a major gap and no cleavage. They have also both bottomed out and I now have double bubble on both of my breasts (that is where you can see your own breast tissue sitting on top of the implant) and then I am also dealing with the healing of the breast lift scars. To top it off my right breast is in constant discomfort and I'm noticing some major rippling in both breasts. So I am just beyond upset with this outcome.
After months of extensive research online I came across Dr. Don Revis. He specializes in breast revisions and XL implants (which I have). sounded to good to be true. Anyways, I've been in contact with him and I am confident he will be able to correct what has been done to me (crossing my fingers) I feel this is my only hope and I feel I am lost cause. But hopefully this is not the case.
I compete in fitness competitions and have a big on in March, so have booked my revision with Dr. Revis in April and my plan is to share my story with you all! I have gone through soooo much turmoil and am so down on myself but am hoping this will turn things around for me.
I will upload some pictures tonight.

Current Pictures :(
Uploading these photos, at the same time cringing. Hate my chest soo much and am beyond ecstatic for my revision. Can't believe I have to wait until next year lol. I feel like a child in school, waiting for summer vacation to come. Feels like forever. :P
My right breast has always caused me some discomfort but it only seems to be getting worse each month. It just feels very tight and uncomfortable. I notice my right breast is also placed farther to the side then the left (looks ridiculous).

Thanks for posting pics; have you thought about getting an internal bra done; my implants used to fall to the sides as well; I have an internal bra now it keeps the implants in place; they sit up even when lying down!

Yes, that is what I am getting with Dr. Revis in April. I will be getting an internal bra as well as changing my implants to Ultra High Profile smooth gel 800cc implants :) Honestly can't wait. I may even bump up my surgery date lol. So happy to hear the internal bra worked for you, this gives me hope :)

The internal bra is very painful due to healing but it's worth it in the end; pain for beauty!

Someone please explain the internal bra to me? I would a revision done as my left implant is not good. The pocket was cut too big, it falls to side, has flipped, gives me alot of pain. But its expensive.

The internal bra is internal sutures; it keeps your breast sitting high up without even needing a bra or sportsbra; but I still wear both; the breast are still soft and bouncy they just don't sag! When you first get an internal bra done your chest feels very tight; I could hardely breathe; the recovery was tough but the results are amazing; I was in pain for about 1 month healing time!
