Trylogy Medical Center Murray Utah Poor, Poor Customer Service Don't Go Here

Don't go to Trylogy Medical Center, Murray Utah I went in for the 2nd of 3 treatments of vaginal rejuvenation and was also to have the O-shot on this visit. I had several vials of blood drawn for the plasma for the O-Shot. Then unrobed and waited on the table for the provider. She came back in and said that the centrifuge was not working that the weighting was off, and that she added a preservative to my blood so she was letting the staff fiddle and fix the centrifuge. Then she tried to turn on the laser machine for the procedure and she was getting frustrated because it was not turning on. She kept tying to turn it on and after several tries I was getting really scared. I told her that it was not my day for the procedure with TWO equipment failures of the centrifuge and the laser. The tech then said, "I don't blame you." And the provider said, "I understand." I went to the desk and asked for a refund and the clerk said "we don't give refunds" I said well I need a refund because I did not get the procedure and I don't have confidence in your clinic. I then asked to talk to the manager and they said the manger was in a meeting and she could call me. I said, you need to get her because this is a patient issue and I need some resolution. The manager came after approximately 20 minutes and then told me they could not do a refund and that the foot pedal on the laser was broken and it was a $25 piece and that I was never unsafe. She said, "we don't want to lose you as a patient." I said you already have with TWO equipment failures. I said I needed to talk to the owner to get my refund resolved. When Mark Swant the owner came in he was visibly angry and was very intimidating to me. I asked for my refund and he said, "well, you're going to be charged $250 for the goods and services you used." I said I did not have the treatment and the centrifuge was broken and they put a preservative in my blood. I then was getting more scared by him as I was in a closed door room and he was very angry. I needed to get out and away from him so I said fine if you want to nickle and dime me that fine, I'd like my refund processed. I then went to the clerk again and they refunded the amount less $250. I am very disappointed in Mr. Swant. I understand that issues can occur and the most important thing is to work things out and make things better and for the business to do service recovery. Mr. Swant did not do this. It has been 2 weeks and the clinic never reached out to me. They are not customer friendly and they do not solve problems. They have broken equipment that was not tested or check before my procedure. The owner made a bad situation, that was his problem worse by charging me and I never got the benefit of the blood plasma or the supplies that were expended. He was not kind or concerned with my experience.
