35 Y/o - MWL, 5'7", 170#, Athletic Build - TT Vs. LOL with Breast Lift and Implants

I wanted to start documenting my journey for a little therapy and maybe help someone else out. I am a married mom of 4 - a 15 y/o, 9 y/o and 2.5 y/o twins. I have been overweight my entire life and finally had enough dieting and had the gastric sleeve 8/2016. My heaviest weight was 265# and I currently weight 165#. The 100# weight loss has been life changing but when I look in the mirror I still see an overweight, unattractive women because of the saggy, flat breasts and loose, jiggly skin. I still don't like my husband seeing me naked and I worry about what he thinks when he touches me and feels loose wrinkly skin. I lift weights 5 days a week and think there is a nice muscular figure hidden under there somewhere. I think I need at least an extended tummy tuck (possibly lower body lift) and a breast lift with implants. I may also eventually need an upper body lift due to the excess skin I have on my back especially near my arm pits. My goal is to have a natural appearing athletic body. I want my breasts to be proportionate to my body because I don't want to look like I belong I an adult film but also because I don't want them to interfere with my active lifestyle. I will be using this site to document my journey and also to keep notes cause I am a type A personality and I NEED notes!

I have received responses back from multiple doctors. I am going to try to organize myself here so I can compare.

US Doctors:
Dr. R. - The Woodlands, Texas - $8950 surgeon + $3950 facility/anesthesia fee (does not include implants, optional overnight stay $1500, optional pain pump $275 or Exparel injection $400). So will all the bells and whistles $15,075. This is for a LBL and breast lift.
Dr. H - San Antonio, Texas - $20,000 for LBL and breast lift with implant.
Dr. V - Dallas, Texas -$18,500 for LBL and breast lift with implant.

I am going to be honest here. I desperately want to finish my weight loss journey, but the idea of paying $20K on this is blowing my mind. I work very hard for the comfortable life I live and am very responsible with my money. I can NOT justify spending $20K on myself for something not life threatening, no matter how bad I want this. That leads me to traveling out of the country. My family hates the idea of me doing this. My husband isn't super keen on this idea, but he knows how badly I want this so for now he is being supportive.

Foreign Doctors:
Dr. Francisco Saucedo, Monterrey, Mexico - $9500 for TT (he does not think I have enough excess skin to justify a lower body lift) and breast lift with implant. This includes surgery, anesthesia, facility fees, hotel stay for 10 days with attending nurse, transportation, medication, compression garments, plus he will reimburse airfare up to $600 with receipt. He is also going to do a torsoplasty for free if I do the other procedures with him.
Dr. Fatima Almonte, Santo Domingo, DR - $4,650.00 for TT + Liposculpture full back full abdomen flanks waist + BBL. She did not address my need/desire for a breast lift with implant. I am awaiting a response on if she would be able to do that the same time as the other procedure and the price. The current quote includes surgery, anesthesia, labs, EKG, medications, mandatory insurance, post op garment, overnight stay in the clinic immediately following surgery. $5,525 total if I want to book a RH through them. Includes previously mentioned plus 10 days in RH, 24 hour nursing care and transportation. REQUIRES $501 deposit thru her bank or SHAREMONEY.COM
Dr. Tania Medina - Santo Domingo, DR - $6000 for TT, Breast lift with implant, Lipo to upper and lower back, abdomen, flanks. Includes surgery, anesthesia, overnight stay at clinic following surgery, 1 post op garment, labs, EKG. $6850 total if I want to book a RH with them. Includes previously mentioned plus 10 days in RH, 24 hour nursing care and transportation. Additional costs - $150 health insurance mandatory, $140 second stage garment, $100 Lung Dr. evaluation (mandatory), $300 lymphatic drainage massage min. of 10 recommended, $350 for medications or can bring them from the States. REQUIRES $500 deposit, accepts Credit Cards or Cash.

I am *patiently* awaiting responses back from Dr. Ricardo Ventura (my favorite thru my research), Santo Domingo, DR, Dr. Rodrigo Munro-Wilson, San Pedro, Mexico.

I finally heard from my preferred surgeon Dr. Rodrigo Ventura. Amazingly enough they CALLED me today. All my interactions with other doctors has been through email only and I have felt that everything was very generic and almost mass produced. Nothing is personal. His assistant called me and stated that he had already looked at my consult photos but they wanted to talk with me directly to determine what my goals for myself are and what I am looking for specifically through this surgery. It felt great to have that direct interaction. I have such a good feeling about this doctor. I have done some research on him and his credentials are awesome. He has trained under some of the best plastic surgeons out there. Anyway he is my guy! His quote is more than other doctors in the Dominican but I think that speaks of his skill.
Dr. Rodrigo Ventura, Santo Domingo, DR - $6800 for TT, Breast lift with implants, Lipo to back and waist with BBL. $759 - labs, xray, post op massage, medication, insurance, compression garment, bra, compression socks. For a total of $7559.
Now I just need to pick a date!
