While Dr. Carmen and her team was very professional, unfortunately she did not meet my expectation of the procedure. In fact, I feel like I look worse off than I did initially.
I had an umbilical hernia reconstruction + skin tightening procedure. I am quite disappointed considering the cost of her service was much more than what this surgery typically costs ($2000-$4000). I paid over $6000.
It has been 4 months post op, I have been applying scar gel daily but my belly button still looks deformed and unaesthetic.

I hope you're well and I am sorry that this pandemic might have contributed to less postoperative visits, I think I only saw you at few weeks postoperatively. As explained before surgery, the final result will only be after 12 months, and in your case, with your skin and with expectations, probably even more. I am happy to see that your hernia is fixed, we are open and also offering online/virtual consultations. I actually thinks it looks nice! I had the same procedure....no skin tightening laparoscopic and it was $30K!! My belly doesn't look this good.
