Liquid Nose Job & Chin Enhancement

I still can't believe you can have a taller nose & a more defined jawline/facial structure without surgery. It's like magic... I absolutely LOVE Dr. Tsay! I've been a patient for about a year now (fillers, PRP facial, & botox) and I don't have one negative thing to say about his work. To all my ladies out there (Asian in particular) considering subtle enhancements to achieve a more angular look, please do yourself a favor and consider Dr. Tsay. I'll start off by saying I'm not easily impressed and certainly not someone with a bunch of free time to write reviews for the heck of it. I appreciate the RealSelf community (having found my BA surgeon on here- review to follow, I want to wait at least 3 months) and want to keep it straightforward. Personally, I know how hard it is to believe random strangers online since ultimately, it's all an opinion and you never know if its a fake review however, I would imagine it would be hard to discredit 5 stars with 100+ reviews on Yelp. That's how I found Dr. Tsay (check out my thorough review I copied below). That said, I don't think it's possible for a cosmetic doctor to have a "perfect score" anyway. It's mostly subjective. In my opinion, Dr. Tsay is skilled- he's subtle, precise & gentle, has great bedside manners- he's friendly, communicates EVERYTHING prior to and as he works, takes his time, and he's affordable. What more could you ask for? That said, I can absolutely empathize with reviewers who were unhappy with their result, as I have been with prior doctors but I think what truly matters is HOW the doctor handles your complaint. Are they receptive and willing to make the changes? Having been to multiple highly sought after doctors (I waited almost 6 months to see Dr. Ourian), I can tell you patient satisfaction and customer service should be just as important as price or results. Despite spending thousands of dollars just like any other patient, I was treated like a nobody, rushed through an assembly line whereas Dr. Tsay took his time to listen to me and give me the results I wanted. I'm a perfectionist with a bad case of OCD. I probably annoyed the heck out of Dr. Tsay the first time around... Having 'limited' cosmetic experience is one way to look at it, OR as I see it, you have the opportunity to take advantage of the fact that your doctor has not (yet) reached super-celebrity status so you get affordable prices, extra time, greater precision, and ultimately better results. Dr. Tsay's work speaks for itself but I can certainly understand why someone would be hesitant, as I was initially. You couldn't pay me any amount to take the time to write this lengthy review but I was compelled to share "my secret". It's amazing how little subtle enhancements can improve your overall look. Just be careful not to over do it. Start off easy and build if you're unsure. Side note- if you have sensitive, acne prone skin like me, suck it up and skip the numbing cream. It makes me break out.
