I went to Dr. Tsay for Renuva. My hands were getting bulging veins and at first I thought it was a vein problem. I was researching sclerotherapy to get rid of the veins, but researching told me trying filler first was a healthier start to address it. Not many people use Renuva and Dr Tsay was one of the few doctors on the web that posts videos regularly of putting Renuva in the hands or other places. I had a zoom video session and at first it was unclear how much I would need, but I am glad we settled on using just one syringe to start because honestly I could get a tiny bit more maybe, but it practically resolved all my concerns. Little did I know, that the fat under your skin actually keeps like a weighted blanket on your hand veins, which prevents them from accumulating blood and swelling/bulging in the first place! I can work out now just as I did before and my veins don’t swell! They look nice and hydrated and while I was concerned about how natural the result would be, you would have zero idea I had this done. My hands simply looks healthier and more youthful. I am grateful and will definitely return for this procedure maybe in the feet or a top up for hands later. Dr Tsay was also very nice and their waiting room is very comfy. I hope that doesn’t change. They had sweets and a cheese plate that day I arrived…I wonder if that’s actually a regular thing? It was nice!

Dr. Tsay was very honest and friendly. I’m very happy with the results. The staff is very friendly and helpful. It was my first time getting the procedure done so I was a little nervous and the staff and Dr. Tsay were so helpful and patient, they made me feel comfortable. I had a little swelling and I called the office to make sure everything was okay and they reached to Dr. Tsay and got back to me right away and they followed up with me the next day to see how I was doing.
Nonsurgical nose job using dermal fillers is a very simple solution for what you presented using your pic collage app. A safe choice would be using Hyaluronic acid product that is very stiff and has a 1 year duration. Choose a provider that has Hylenex (filler dissolver) in case there is ever any issues. This is the same requirement as a restaurant kitchen that is required to carry a fire extinguisher. Look for a provider that has lots of before and after photos and therefore has lots of experience.Best of luck.Dr. T
Botox can be used to raise the tip of the nose if the muscle that pulls the tip down is pretty strong. If so the results are minimal to mild. Another nonsurgical treatment is using PDO threads to lift the tip and provide support to the columella (spine of nose in betweel nostrils). This provides quite an impressive lift for a nonsurgical procedure and the satisfaction rate is extremely high with very rare complications.Best of luck. Dr. T
Hello. Sorry about your accident. If there are any breathing problems as a result of your injury you should consult with a ENT surgeon to address your breathing first. Insurance may cover this if there are any breathing issues but not cometic concerns. Yes you can get a non surgical nosejob using fillers to essentially hide the "bump" on the nose. Fillers are made up of gels that are injected around the bump to hide the bump. This is a very common and safe procedure. The results are not permanent but does last approximately 1 year. Botox would not solve this issue unfortunately.
Although it is counterintuitive that "adding" to the nose can make it slimmer, that is actually what happens. Majority of my Asian clients ( I have more than 50% Asian clients) desire a higher and skinnier or more "contoured bridge." Radiesse can be use but I prefer Hyaluronic acid fillers that can be dissolved if there is ever an emergency. Another option is also PDO threads for the nose to raise the bridge and lift the tip. I have a technique in which we also can slim the nostrils without surgery and using PDO threads. Research all the various options and pick the one that best suits YOU.Dr. TJ Tsay
Uneven lips can be somewhat common in getting lip injections. The question I have is do you consistently get asymmetry after receiving these injections because of your intrinsic anatomy or was this just a one time occurrence. Based on the photos you could even them out by adding a small amount of filler preferably the same product that was used originally or else having 2 different products in different areas could mean they metabolize at a different rate and time. I would suggest having a discussion with the provider who performed the injection and asking them what they think. I would NOT however try to dissolve them and start from scratch. Sometimes if the results are grossly assymetrical this may Ben a good strategy. Your case if minimal at best. Good luck.
