I had Botox in my chin, DAO, and a nose lift, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. The entire staff is incredibly kind and welcoming—they always make me feel at ease. Every visit has been smooth and pleasant. Highly recommend!

Dr. Tsay is a great physician. His staff is exceptional. Always polite and work hard to accommodate my time restraints. They have many skin care treatments and options to choose from. I’ve been to many places but have been coming here for the past 3 years!!

Dr. Tsay and all of the staff are very friendly and accommodating. Very kind and gentle before, during and after procedures. I highly recommend this office for any aesthetic needs. I went to Dr. Tsay for Renuva. My hands were getting bulging veins and at first I thought it was a vein problem. I was researching sclerotherapy to get rid of the veins, but researching told me trying filler first was a healthier start to address it. Not many people use Renuva and Dr Tsay was one of the few doctors on the web that posts videos regularly of putting Renuva in the hands or other places. I had a zoom video session and at first it was unclear how much I would need, but I am glad we settled on using just one syringe to start because honestly I could get a tiny bit more maybe, but it practically resolved all my concerns. Little did I know, that the fat under your skin actually keeps like a weighted blanket on your hand veins, which prevents them from accumulating blood and swelling/bulging in the first place! I can work out now just as I did before and my veins don’t swell! They look nice and hydrated and while I was concerned about how natural the result would be, you would have zero idea I had this done. My hands simply looks healthier and more youthful. I am grateful and will definitely return for this procedure maybe in the feet or a top up for hands later. Dr Tsay was also very nice and their waiting room is very comfy. I hope that doesn’t change. They had sweets and a cheese plate that day I arrived…I wonder if that’s actually a regular thing? It was nice!

Amazing Dr. and wonderful staff. I had great experience there. The office is nice and clean. Dr. Tsay is very skillful with great bedside manners. They also have Great follow up and reminder system. I’ll definitely go back to see him again.

Dr. Tsay always talks me through any procedure or service I am getting done, makes sure I am comfortable, and always has me looking amazing. Cathy always answers any questions I have and settles any concerns I may have and makes me feel like I'm talking with one of my friends! I don't know what more I can say about the sweetness of the staff, the cleanliness and relaxing environment of the office, or how every one takes their time & never rushes me.. but trust me.. there is a reason I drive an hour to go to Ageless Md.
