FDL Abdominoplasty and BR/BL

I found Dr Ngan online and she had a great website with clips of herself so you get a feel for her as a person before meeting in real life. I was really put at ease by her from the start. She listened to me and what I was feeling about my body and how I’d like to feel about my body after the procedures. Dr Ngan took the time to listen, take notes and to explain in detail the realistic outcomes of my surgery and what to expect afterwards. I emailed the office a number of times for questions I’d forgotten or to arrange letters for my work place and every time they were responded to in a timely manner. On the day of surgery I was introduced to the team and I was involved in all discussions about my surgery right up until I was put under anaesthetic. The procedures I had were a Fleur de Lis abdominoplasty and a breast reduction with lift. Dr Ngan came to see me the night of surgery and then every morning until I went home, any questions or issues were addressed and if I thought of something later the nursing staff chased up the answers for me. I was never left wondering. Any post op questions or issues I had have been attended to quickly and with such care. I am so glad I chose Dr Ngan to redesign my body, I am so grateful to her for giving me a body I have only ever dreamed of having! Just a FYI, when looking at my pictures if you think any part is asymmetrical you will be correct, my rib cage is misshapen, I never noticed this when I was fat, however since losing the weight it is a little more noticeable and even more evident on an MRI scan.
