These are my post op photos. Unfortunately I dont have any of my butt beforehand that are any good! Hopefully you can get a good idea of the changes made. I have noticed that now even at 4 ½ months my body continues to change, and I've been making a effort to work out more cos I dont wanna go a second round
Time for Surgery!
The next day, I was ready for my taxi to arrive at 7.30. I made sure before leaving I had everything I would need at a level I wouldnt have to stretch, lift or carry. I had signed all documents set out clearly in English the day of arrival. When I booked the surgery I asked Dr Urbonas if I could be his first patient of the day when I booked and he agreed! Maybe because of the different procedures I was going to have. When I got to the clinic I met with him to be marked up and have photos taken. I asked if I could have fat injected into my thighs and he explained that eventually the skin would sag again. I was taken to my room that had two beds and it was explained to me had I requested a single room I would have it. I explained I didnt know to ask and the lady told me it was ok, no one was booked in so I would be alone.
Ps, the hospital is SPOTLESSLY CLEAN!!
I then remember the Anesthesiologist coming to speak to me after the after the nurse placed a IV line in. He went over my medical history and explained his role. I vaguely remember being given a pill to swallow, then walking to the theatre. I tried to talk and begun slurring words. I remember the anesthesiologist and the nurse laying me down but I was knocked out by the time the both of them was adjusting me.
I woke up briefly when they were putting the garment on me, and started shaking. The shaking got worse where I was so cold I just lost control and really didnt care, and started chattering my teeth loudly. Then, I was out again.
I woke up in bed back in my room and thought yes!! You did it!! Your alive silly!! Then, guess what? I was out. Again.
I managed to take and make some calls later to let everyone know I was okay. It seemed everytime I opened my eyes a nurse was with me to see if I needed anything or was coming in my room to see if I needed painkillers etc. I had these anti thrombosis boot things on my feet I guess to improve circulation, a catheter and a drain. I was warned I may be sick afterwards and I heard about people who lost weight after through nausea but I knew that wouldnt be me. I'm always hungry. Sure enough, dinner came and I wolfed it down. Looked and tasted gourmet. I also had the nerve to ask for snacks later that night.
The only thing that worried me was lying down on my back, on my bum. Dr Urbonas came to see me after surgery and the only thing I asked was- did you do my bum? And he nodded and smiled yes. I was so out of it I asked to speak with him again later that day after another nap and he was fetched back, only to have the same sorry conversation. I asked why I was on my bum and he told me as I had a Tummy tuck, and that recovery took precedence. Although I was in a hospital bed both feet and head elevated, I asked if I should use my booty pillow and he said no, it was too early to use something so hard. I then asked how many ccs he transferred and he told me 700 for each side. I was a bit worried because I thought how many ccs will I be left with post recovery, especially after lying on my new butt straight away. Dr Urbonas smiled and told me the bed is a soft surface, I will be fine for now, and will soon be able to lie on my tummy should I prefer. But not straight away.
While I dont have the best pain tolerance, I definitely dont have the worst. My stomach felt tender but numb at the same time. Everywhere was sore, particularly where I had the drain in. I was wearing a arm garment but because of how much my hands were swelling, Dr Urbonas decided to remove them. When I stood that's when I noticed my upper thighs around my knees were swollen, and my feet starting to swell too. I couldnt see my body shape because of all the swelling and the garment, but could see straight away my boobs were looking more perky..
My face and eyes were puffy and swollen which was more than I expected, and shocked my family and friends when I video called them. Everyone was relieved I.was okay.
The next day I was encouraged to walk. My catheter and drain was removed and I had a massage with the lovely Vyda while nurses washed my Faja. My contact Dovil? was like an angel, she came to check on me and was like a personal assistant the whole time I was in Lithuania. Nothing was too much trouble for her.
I was discharged the next day after my second massage with meds, extra surgical tape, info sheets on my procedures and emergency contact details.

Dr Tautvydas Urbonas Made Everything Possible!!
Hey Ladies,
I have been a RS lurker for the longest time! I would come on here from time to time, reading reviews my dream procedures then get frustrated knowing it wouldnt happen.
I had massive weight loss (nearly 200lb) after my third daughter. Became a gym bunnie afterward, got to my ideal weight but could never just wear leggings and a top- I had to wear spanx type knickers to tuck loose skin into, then a waist trainer on top to keep everything in place. On days I was bloated I looked like a kangaroo with a pouch. I was constantly adjusting then re adjusting myself. Then the batwings and wrinkled skin combo from my arms that poured out if I wore a vest so bad I gave up wearing anything without sleeves. Wrinkles at the top of my thighs, hooded eyelids. One day I looked in the mirror and it looked like I aged overnight in my face, so I started having fillers. I had lost all this weight but couldnt wear what I wanted and looked a mess if you took a photo I didnt know about.
One day I was looking at a advert for MYA, knowing I couldnt afford it lol, and saw other adverts popping up for overseas surgery. I ignored them at first, then decided to see if cosmetic tourism could be an option.
When I saw how many people were doing it safely, I began doing more research. A tummy tuck here in london is anything from.£6,000 to £8,000 if not more. Abroad I could combine surgeries for the same price or less!
Seemed too good to be true. I began thinking of all my ideal surgeries, and contacted clinics in Turkey, Belgium, Poland and Prague, spain. Spoke to people who all seemed to know someone who had gone abroad for treatment. I read and saw youtubers who had gone to Miami and Dominica but it was out of my budget, too far and in the case of DR I was scared! Not gonna lie. Love the curves but would i come back to my children?
In between looking into clinics in Europe, I found Dr Urbonas, and something clicked. He looked trustworthy and had top reviews. I contacted him with the dream package I wanted- Tummy tuck, Arm Lift, blepharoplasty, thigh lift, BBl, fat transfer to face, lipo. He initially said he didnt think I'd need a thigh lift, perhaps just lipo, but we will see.
We spoke some more via email and telephone and I made my deposit for two months later.
All of a sudden, after eating well for years, I started putting on weight- nearly a stone. I think I just started letting my hair down-im having a tummy tuck and lipo anyway- then panicked and tried to lose it before I flew out. I managed to lose half the stone I put on.
Everything was working out fine- then in the last two weeks got cold feet. Bad. How could I be so selfish, what if it goes terribly wrong and i have serious complications or worse I leave my kids motherless. It got so bad at one point I didnt make plans for beyond the surgery and didnt talk about it. It was becoming reality and deep down I dont think I could get over all these years of believing it would become a possibility.
I had booked a Airbnb as i wanted somewhere with microwave, and bought some pre cooked dinners with me. I had also started packing my case from a month prior. The clinic rep who I had contact with started sending me more detailed info and schedules a few weeks prior. I decided to pay in full using transferwise about two weeks prior so it was one less thing to deal with.
The day I left home I was nervous as hell but kept my focus. I reminded myself I was doing this for me just like I did going to the gym. I knew deep down I was about to be in safe hands as I researched the Doctor and his clinic, the good and the bad.
The plane ride was just over 2 ½ hours from Luton, and a driver waiting holding a "Nordclinic" sheet was there in arrivals.
As he drove me first to my AirBnB (via McDonalds lol) my contact from Nordclinic called to ensure I was okay, and welcomed to me to Lithuania. After being dropped off I then had a car to collect me to take me to the clinic 1 hour later where I met Dr Urbonas.
Dr Urbonas lived up to all my first impressions and more. We spoke at detail of my needs and he gave me his honest opinion, especially my skin laxity. He told me thigh lipo would not help now he could see in person, and a thigh lift would be too much, and would have to be done another time.
He also told me he would extend my arm lift down past my armpits to the sides of my breasts so he could tighten the lax skin on my back. He confirmed he could do the blepharoplasty, the bbl and tummy tuck and suggested adding fat transfer to my cheeks and nasolabial lines. My surgery was scheduled for the next day
