Absolutely amazing experience at Nords. From the onset my rep - Sabina was fantastic and so helpful throughout my whole Nords journey. The clinic, modern and spotlessly clean, the staff are all so lovely. My surgery was a reverse tummy tuck and armpit lift, my surgeon was Dr Karolis Varkalys, a brilliant and very caring surgeon. Really does put you at ease from the second you meet him. I am now nearly 4 months post op and I am totally buzzing with my results. This experience has truly been life-changing, and I can’t recommend it highly enough! I had wanted a breast reduction ever since I first started developing. Even though I met all the NHS criteria, I chose to book through Nords—and it was, without a doubt, the best decision I’ve ever made. Naturally, I had a few nerves about having surgery in another country, but from the moment I arrived, those worries disappeared. I felt completely safe and cared for at every stage. The doctors, nurses, and surgeons were all incredibly kind, highly professional, and spoke excellent English. The wards and consultation rooms were spotless, and the clinic’s apartments were spacious, comfortable, and had absolutely everything I could possibly need. I could not fault the service whatsoever. From the initial enquiry to now - 13 days post TT, I cannot fault anything at all. My rep Leva, has been excellent with her communication, and everything from locking up at the airport to waking up after surgery has been wonderful. Nords is exceptionally clean, great staff and I’ve never felt so looked after. I would have no issue in recommending to anyone, in fact, I will be revisiting next year for more surgery. I was going to go to Turkey for a rhinoplasty, however, with a lot of facilities and varying quality, I was delighted to discover Nord Aesthetics in Kaunas, Lithuania. From the start of the initial WhatsApp contact to emails, the process was very efficient and with great communication. It was extremely professional. This theme continued as I got to Kaunas airport where I met with the taxi driver who took me to my accommodation. The day of the surgery came, and, although I was nervous, the professionalism of the staff and the cleanliness of the purpose built modern facility put me at ease. The surgery passed without a hitch and when I woke up in the hospital bed, the nurses were very attentive to my needs as a post op patient and very kind. The whole process was very efficient and streamlined with everything passing so smoothly due to flawless planning and organisation. I am really glad that I discovered Nord Aesthetics and would happily return there if I wanted any further procedures. If you are in doubt and think it is too good to be true, which is understandable, I can assure you, it is a superb company that provides top quality treatment!

I had a phenomenal experience at Nordesthetic Clinic for my Mommy makeover, which included an extended tummy tuck, breast reduction and lift, muscle repair, and liposuction on my waist. This is my 3rd time back from the clinic and as usual it was a very positive experience. My surgeon has been Mantas Kievisas every time and the work he does is exemplary. This time I received lipo on my stomach and back which has already improved the appearance of those areas. I noticed though that the placement of the scars are in areas where they will be well hidden and when healed will be barely noticeable which has always been how Dr Mantas does his work. He's very particular about the aesthetics of everything. I really appreciate that about him as a surgeon. I'm so happy with how my body looks and it improves every time I go. For the first time I stayed in the apartments at the clinic and I have to say they are lovely, very clean and if needed, room service is there for things such as toilet roll, shower gel etc. The beds are comfy, the kitchen has everything you need and there's a smart TV with Netflix, prime and YouTube (what more do you need? lol). A nurse comes and sees you every day to check your vitals. It's something that I didn't think I needed or wanted but it was comforting to know that everything was normal. You also have the option to go into the common area to socialise so that nice. Plus a fridge with drinks, snacks and chocolate (my fave lol) available 24 hrs a day. The nurses on the ward were really nice, we had a joke around about things going on which is always good. They were very informative about any issues that I was having (my blood pressure dropped and I nearly fainted when my compression garment was loosened and I had anomaly in my throat, all very interesting). All in all a really positive experience and a nice little break from the old routine. Will definitely be back

Jeg kom hjem fra NordClinic for en uke siden. Det har vært en spennende og fantastisk reise. Jeg startet først å se til klinikker hjemme i Norge for at det er hjemme, det er det jeg er vant med å tenke på som trygt. Prisene her i Norge er veldig høye, og av erfaring vet jeg at jeg blir sendt hjem kun timer etter narkosen. Jeg søkte derfor videre på nett etter andre klinikker og kom tilfeldigvis over NordClinic. Jeg så meg ikke tilbake. For det denne klinikken kunne tilby meg i forhold til det jeg hadde fått hjemme både prismessig og kvalitetsmessig er det vanskelig å nå opp til. Dette må jeg bare si er en femstjerners klinikk. Helt fra min første kontakt med norsktalende Agn? som er kundekontakt følte jeg meg ivaretatt. Alle spørsmål og bekymringer jeg hadde ble tatt imot og godt besvart. Jeg var ute etter skifte av bryst implantater med brystløft, og mageplastikk etter flere svangerskap og keisersnitt. Jeg ønsket dette utført på kort varsel. Så nøyaktig en måned etter jeg tok første kontakt var dagen jeg lå inne på klinikken og fikk utført operasjonen. Jeg ble møtt på flyplassen i Vilnius av en veldig hyggelig sjåfør som jobber på NordClinic, jeg ble kjørt direkte til klinikken der jeg ble møtt av smilende resepsjonister og sykepleiere for blodprøver, høyde, vekt, hjertesjekk og det som skal til av papirer. Alt er en kombinasjon av profesjonalitet og vennlighet. Selve klinikken kan lett forveksles med en hotell lobby, rent, delikat, med en behagelig atmosfære. Alle er engelsktalende, så kommunikasjon er ingen problemer. Jeg valgte å bo i leilighetshotellet til NordClinic som er i etasjene under selve klinikken. Store og moderne innredede hotell leiligheter. Vi har også et fellesrom der med en liten selvbetjent butikk, som var et veldig hyggelig møtested. Der fant vi igjen hverandre fra NordClinics WhatsApp gruppe. Det blir et helt unikt felleskap, samhold og hjelpsomhet blant alle i samme situasjon. Noen nyankomne og flere nyopererte. Et sted der du senker skuldrene og legger vekk den daglige perfeksjonisme. De aller fleste av oss reiser alene, noe som de aller fleste også finner best i en slik situasjon. Når alt kommer til alt alt så er du ikke alene, du er omringet av et fellesskap som forstår og som står i det samme selv. Og du er bare en etasje fra fagfolkene om du skal trenge noe eller lurer på noe. Det er også daglig besøk fra sykepleier på hotellrommet. Dagen før operasjonen hadde jeg møte med Dr. Aurimas Dobilinskas. En veldig trygg, hyggelig og imøtekommende mann. Vi ble da enige om hva som var nøyaktig de beste prosedyrene for at jeg skulle få det riktige og beste resultatet. Jeg kom med mine ønsker og han kom med sine anbefalinger. Jeg ga han den friheten at han måtte gjøre det han så ville gi meg det beste resultatet. Det kan jeg nå ettertid si at var et veldig godt valg. Dette er fagfolk som kan sin profesjon. Dagen selve operasjonen var møtte jeg opp 2 timer før kirurgien. Jeg fikk utdelt et lyst og fint rom, skiftet på meg tøy, og fikk besøk av en hyggelig anestesi lege. Jeg følte meg trygg og ivaretatt. Fikk utdelt en restaurant meny for de kommende 2 døgnene innlagt på avdelingen. Etter det ble jeg tatt med til kirurgen som tegnet opp linjene han skulle utføre sin magi ut ifra og ble ikke lenge etterpå tatt med inn på operasjonssalen. Følte meg trygg og ivaretatt, sovnet veldig raskt og våknet rolig i senga mi på klinikken. Jeg fikk noen timer etterpå smake den beryktede nydelige ostekaka. Og den sto til forventningene. Hadde legevisitt alle dagene innlagt. Dagene etterpå ble brukt til hvile med Netflixen i leiligheten og småturer for å strekke på beina å sosialisere seg litt. Var der i 6 dager etter kirurgien. Dagen før utreise hadde jeg ett nytt møte med kirurgen, fikk byttet tape på sårene og sett at alt heales fint. Dette må jeg utelukkende si er en positiv opplevelse og har fortsatt god kommunikasjon med klinikken etter hjemreise. Det er en omfattende kirurgi jeg har gått igjennom, men med den måten jeg har blitt møtt, alt i fra første tilbakemelding på e-post, sjåfør, hotellansatte, sykepleiere, leger, lokaler og med en vakker by som Kaunas som lokalisasjon så gir jeg 10 av 10.

Everything was professional and transparent from the start in terms of communication, pricing, etc. and it wasn't too difficult to organize the trip even though I was travelling from abroad. The surgery went well, and I got clear instructions for the post-op period. The staff was friendly. The clinic is modern, clean and comfortable.
