Dr. Armando Soto is amazing!

During my pregnancy with my beautiful son I unfortunately gained more weight than my skin could handle and I was left with stretch marks, loose skin and stretch marks all over my abdomen. I visited several surgeons but as soon as I met Dr.Soto I just knew he was the right surgeon for me. I had my Tummy Tuck and Breast Lift surgery with Dr. Soto July 1st. Leading up to the surgery I was extremely anxious, worried and I had panic attacks for days before the surgery. When I got to his office the morning of surgery I was extremely nervous, but he calmed me down so well and made me feel confident. Every staff member of his was very comforting, attentive and knowledgeable. And I loved his anesthesiologist too. I’m only 2 days post op and I look amazing!! My breasts look absolutely perfect, he has exceeded all of my expectations. When they took my binder off I saw my tummy and even though I’m very swollen, I already love my results. My scar is very low, and my belly button looks amazing. I am so so so glad that I put my trust into him. If you are considering getting a TT or breast lift, I highly recommend Dr.Soto. I’m looking forward to healing completely to see my final results, but as far as I’m concerned.. he’s made me beautiful!

I am looking at Dr Soto for BA BBL TT and Liposuction of the arms... I'd love to see your results... I've been looking for a while but have so many reservations, the scarring scares me a bit...

Yeah, scarring is inevitable. But there are many things you can do to minimize the scarring. But it’s just something you have to accept. Once my scar heals completely I’m looking into laser treatments and maybe even natural skin tone tattoos over the scar itself. I’m sure after time the scar will fade to a thin white line that you can barely even see. But I’ll be posting more pics as time goes on, including the scar healing. Good luck!

For everyone asking, here they are! I’m only 3 days post op and I’m not going to lie, it’s very intense. The pain is a lot to handle but I’m getting better each day. I’m swollen of course which should reside eventually. Hopefully within the next 3-5 weeks, but overall I’m very pleased. I am a little concerned about the scarring, but I’m going to do everything Dr.Soto and his staff say to minimize the scarring. I know how it feels to be contemplating and wondering constantly if the procedure or surgeon is right for you. My advice, GO FOR IT! I will be posting my progress periodically! If you would like to chat personally with me and talk in more detail just let me know and we can exchange emails! I want to help other women feel empowered and confident in in their decision to go through something scary and out of their comfort zone!

Did you get your TT done by Dr. Soto? And thank you so much! Hope you have a speedy full recovery too!❤️

Thank you so much for your experience! What kind of pain killers were prescribed to you? I'm fearful of opiates. Also, what is the most helpful thing you purchased to aid you in the days following surgery?
July 6, 2020
I actually had the same problem. I didn’t want to take much opioids following surgery. Unfortunately it’s necessary for a short amount of time, it’s imperative for your healing. I was prescribed Oxycodone and I really only used it the first two days. I’m now taking regular Tylenol and I’m doing great! I highly recommend opting for the Exparel(non-opioid) injection that is given during your surgery. It apparently lasts roughly 3 days after surgery but I’m officially 4 days post op and like I said I’m taking regular Tylenol and feeling perfectly fine! I really do think the Exparel took the edge off. Talk to your surgeon about it and he/she can tell you more information about it! As far as helpful items, you MUST have some kind of reclining chair. It would be 10000x harder without one. I personally didn’t get a walker, even though I was told to, but I’m sure it would be helpful! Good luck, and I hope you have a relatively pain-less recovery! I will be posting more and more post op pics as time goes on!

8 days post op!!

Phenomenal7242
I’m officially 8 days post op! I’m very swollen, but I’m getting better each day. Today I got rid of my binder I was given directly after surgery and was given another corset like binder. I think wearing a binder has been the worst part for me. I still have my left drain but hopefully it will he out by Tuesday. I went into Dr.Sotos office today because I thought I had an infection because the fluid accumulating inside my drain was beginning to smell very VERY bad(did that happen to anyone else??) I also suspected possible necrosis on the end of my incision on the right side. I am terrified of infections and necrosis because I’ve seen some pretty bad cases and god forbid if that happened to me, I want to catch it as early as possible. Turns out everything is okay, thankfully!! Dr. Soto is always very frank with me. He usually tells me to calm down because I have anxiety and that I won’t heal well if I’m worrying myself. He’s definitely right about that! I am glad that Dr.Soto and his staff are responsive and caring. I message the on call nurse on the Symplast app almost everyday asking about things and discussing my concerns and they always answer immediately with a detailed response. I may even be annoying them too much haha! I’m very thankful for that though. Apart from that, my scar is pretty gnarly... and if I’m being 100% honest I’m kinda upset about how my scar looks right now on my breasts and tummy. I know they will fade in time, but it’s hard to imagine what they will look like in the future. But for now I’m basically freaking out about them. I really hope they calm down and fade into a thin white line. Other than that, I feel pretty good. Getting kind of sick of walking around like an old lady with my back bent lol! I have a long way to go until I’m back to normal, so I need a change of mindset. Maybe by my next post I’ll be feeling better mentally.
