10 Weeks Post Op
I’m feeling amazing! Still get that lower tummy swelling and by the end of the day I’ve got my binder on. Working out was a harder start up again than I anticipated- still not wanting to do much ab work but it’s coming along!

Finally cleared for exercise today! When the whole day without compression and feeling pretty good. Still a little swelling but not much.
