I've seen Dr. Trimas twice now for Botox for my "111"s (as he called them), also did Juvederm the first time. He and his staff are super nice and go out of their way to make you feel comfortable. Never once has he tried to talk me into getting anything I didn't ask for or suggest myself, which I'd read sometimes happened at other doctors. I have no hesitations in recommending him.
