I breastfed both of my children for 15 months....meaning total of 30 months and they are empty! They need to be "perked" up a bit. I have been advised to go with the "gummy bear" implants of the Natrelle 410 style, that is the newest version and what is to be most natural. I have my final review this Monday to make sure we have the correct size, etc. I am nervous and full of guilt, wondering if I am making the right decision with an elective procedure costing so much money. But, my husband supports me fully and I know I will love them! No picture yet

You are not alone with your intermittent feelings of guilt. I am sure you're a very good mom to your two children and you deserve to do something special for yourself. Will your husband be able to help you out with your children the first few days of your recovery? Feel free to post not only some before pictures, but some wish boob pictures. Let us know how your appointment goes on Monday and be sure to introduce yourself in the June 2014 Breast Aug Surgery Forum!

Please review dr. Susan Kolb book on the naked truth about breast implants prior to making this desicion. I had saline implants put in early 2010 and removed 1/31/13. I felt like I deserved a improvement to my body. Why not others have. But I paid dearly...with my health. Saline was safe. Wrong. The shell is silicone. Was to last a lifetime. Wrong needs to be replaced in around 10 years. Research. Research. Please. Your life may depend on it. Im getting my life back now but I have residual health problems. It is a daily reminder of my mistake. Research.!!

Thank you, Miranda! I did look into the doctor you advised me about and found her Utube video informative. I appreciate your feedback

Surgery this Thursday!

I have not had the courage to post photos, but as the date gets closer I realize I need to document my transformation! I enjoyed my last cup of coffee and am starting to increase my water.
The goal for my augmentation is to reach a full C. I do not want to get too big as I am very active with two young children. We are doing Natrelle Style 410. We are going under the muscle. I picked out pictures of augmentations that I want to be, which my doctor reviewed and will aim for me. I have a feeling I will be doing a ton of posts this and next week :)

Tomorrow morning is THE day!

I am somewhat miserable today! I have a pounding headache which I believe is the result of having to take antibiotics prior to surgery. I do not like the "unknown" so my anxiety is pretty high, which makes for long days (I stay home with our 3 and 5 year old). Last night I had a dream that I forgot to go to my surgery appointment and I was trying to convince my doctor to do the surgery, "quickly". Well, to look at the bright side, tomorrow I get a guaranteed "day off" of mommy duties (which I fully expect for the rest of the weekend). I just hope this headache goes away.
