Hi everyone!
Quick update!
I feel amazing! I've been out a few times now even went shopping for some winter gear!
I had to keep reminding myself to hunch over whilst walking though!
I'm much more mobile than I was a few days ago and getting stronger!
I think you should listen to your body!
If you have to rest then that's what you should do, if you want to be walking about do it!
Just remember to listen to your body!
I love my new self and am overwhelmed by the results and support from people on here!

Hi Amitab, glad that you're doing well. Things will get better and better as days pass. You'll probably think it was the best decision ever like me.
I went to see Dr. J regarding a BR as well.
I might be booking it soon.
I am a DD cup size now and thinking of going to a c cup.
What size are you? And what size do you want to be?
I am also not going through ohip because there is a certain amount of tissue that has to be taken out and I don't want to go too small. So I will be paying for it myself. and along with reduction Dr. J said he will do a little lipo on the back bra roll with some extra cost. I have gained about 7 lbs. since surgery. So if I loose the weight, I won't be needing the lipo.

I've had a seriously image problem all my life with my boobs! I truly hate them!
I'm going down to a b cup!
As long had they are a handful that's all I need or should I say that's all my hubby needs! Lol
I'm booking my br and lift for April 2016!
I'm very petite around my back and torso and that's boobs have been a huge pain to say the least!
I have indentations in my shoulders, neck and back ache!
It's a shame we have to pay for this, but to get our desired results that's the only way!
Dr J is a perfectionist and I know he will work wonders with us!
I'm excited for April now!

Thanks for posting your before photos. Our before look is very similar, I'm almost at the 3 week pre- surgery state, so I'm looking forward to following your progress. I'm amazed at how flat you are already! It's hard to tell in the after photos, how do your remaining stretch marks look? Mine are very similar and I'm so curious to see what they will look like post op.

Forgot to say I have occasional back ache and twinges, have had a stiff neck for last 5 days and looked up some exercises in the web!
It's got to do with posture!
I think having neck support in bed is vital! Try a flight cushion for your neck!
Also have been using a heat pad for relief!
Other than this feeling wonderful!
