10 years ago I had a primary rhinoplasy with a different surgeon and ended up with collapsed nasal passages which led to problems breathing and smelling. This year I decided I wanted to do a revision so I had multiple consultations with different facial surgeons who specialized in rhinoplasty and decided to go through with Dr. Solomon. I was very nervous as I know revision surgery is much more complex due to scar tissue but I was confident in Dr. Solomon's expertise the moment I met him. He has a very relaxed and comforting bedside manner which was reassuring and thoroughly went through what he was going to do during the surgery (I had cartilage removed from my ear and put in my nose to repair the structure for my breathing). He has an unparalleled aesthetic eye for a natural, proportionate nose so I was confident in his ability to create/maintain the cute, feminine nose I had hoped for. The surgery went very well, the aftercare/ post-procedural care was excellent and six months later I am ecstatic with the results both medically and aesthetically. I have since recommended him to a few friends and clients that have also gone through with rhinoplasty and they were so happy and thankful for the referral.
