100% Perfect Results - Dr. Alexander is the Only Dr. I Will Let Touch my Face.
Review Disclosure - I'm writing this review nearly 6 weeks after my first procedure with Dr. Ashlin Alexander because I wanted to provide a review based on the full experience (from consultation to post-op patient care). Since I have a high-profile role in my career/life, I was very careful when finding a surgeon to operate on my face because I wanted to minimize any risks, and also achieve the desired outcome. Here is my experience and honest review:
I had several producers done by Dr. Alexander: 1) Rhinoplasty, 2) Septoplasty, and 3) full face Botox/fillers.
First and foremost, Dr. Alexendar is simply amazing and the results are beyond what I could have imagined were possible. When it came to the surgical procedure, the recovery was smooth (I literally had no major bruising, only a light yellow bruise around my eyes which faded in a week). The surgical and post-op team was caring and very comforting before - we shared some good laughs before the surgery too, which makes such processes a smoother ride.
When I woke up from surgery, I was immediately taken care of. I must've had like 3 popsicles in a matter of 15 minutes. #cheatday :-)
Shortly after waking up, Dr. Alexendar came to inform me that the surgery went: "100% as planned" which made me super happy. After 7 days of recovering with a nasal-cast, he and his team were on standby by for any support and even checked in over email. I ran out of some pain medications, and they literally had it replenished by faxing the pharmacy net door in minutes. To get to the point, post-op care was amazing.
When we took off the cast and I was able to see and breath through my nose for the first time, I was in shock. my nose was perfectly straight... Honestly, it was crooked/bent before, the shape of it was weird and I always had to take photos with my one "good side", which become annoying over time at events, or when getting photos with other people. Now, my nose is so cute, straight, and really softened my face up!
So now that I can confirm that the rhinoplasty work was amazing - I wanted to share about the septoplasty. Let's just say that I lived my entire life thinking it was normal not to breathe through your nose. When the cast/packing was removed, I literally started crying because it was such an amazing feeling to inhale and exhale through the nose. Dr. Alexendaer fixed my septoplasty, which has ultimately changed the quality of my life. I no longer have sleep apnea, I'm sleeping 6-8 hours fully, no more snoring (so my partner is happy too!), and most of all - I have the energy to do so much more professional and personal. It's just amazing how much this changed my life.
So now that the Septoplasty and Rhinoplasty completed by Dr. Ashlin Alexander were amazing, I want to share my experience with facial injections.
This guy, Dr. Alexander, is incredible - my face looked very masculine (large brow bone, and flat cheeks, and tiny lips)... I figured I'd give the injectable a try since I trusted the Dr's recommendation that such non-surgical tools can be used to feminize a face. I'll always remember coming home from the injectable appointment and my partner looking at my face and going: "Wow!" with a huge smile. okay, I'm a feminist and would never objectify myself for a man. However, I did the procedures for me #Mybody #mychoice. It was just nice to see my partners reaction and excitement from the transformation that the injectables achieved. Dr. Ashlin Alexander literally transformed my face with the injectables (bigger cheeks, fuller lips, smoother forehead, heart-shaped face overall).
Based on my experiences, Dr. Ashlin Alexander is an artisan when it comes to facial work - he is a specialist and genuinely cares about helping his patients achieve their health/beauty goals.
